Account Deletion
You can delete your CONNECT AI account at any time.
How to delete your account
- In the app or on the web: Go to Settings → Delete account and follow the prompts. Available in both the mobile app and the web app.
- By email: If that is not possible, email support@connectai.kr using the address you registered with (or include it in your message) and request deletion. We will process it after verifying your identity.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account is deactivated immediately and you can no longer use the service.
- Your personal information (account, profile, service usage records, etc.) is retained separately for abuse-prevention and dispute-handling purposes and then permanently deleted 90 days after you delete your account, in a manner that cannot be recovered.
- Deleted data cannot be restored. Re-registering will not recover any previous data.
- For 7 days after deletion, you cannot re-register with the same email address.
- Separately from the retention period above, under applicable law the following information is retained for the periods below before being destroyed:
