Company mail setup guides

Step-by-step guides for connecting Korean company mail services such as Hiworks and NAVER WORKS to CONNECT AI. Pick the service you use and follow the steps in order.

How it works

Not sure which service your company mail uses?

Open the page where you usually read mail and look at the address bar at the top of your browser.

Where you bought the domain is not where your mail runs. Plenty of companies buy a domain from one registrar and run mail on Google Workspace. What counts is the screen you read mail on, not who you paid.

Mail that can’t be connected yet

Cafe24 mail hosting

Cafe24 only offers incoming mail over an unencrypted connection (POP3 on port 110). To protect your password, CONNECT AI accepts encrypted connections only, so incoming mail cannot be connected for now. If you need this, let our support team know.

Company mail not listed here?

Ask whoever manages your company mail, or your mail provider, the questions below. Then choose Other email (SMTP) on the connection screen and enter the values they give you.

We want to connect our company email to an external program. Could you tell me: (1) which service our mail runs on (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 / NAVER WORKS / Hiworks / Daou Office / MailPlug / Cafe24 / self-hosted), (2) the incoming server address and port, (3) the outgoing server address and port, (4) whether external access is allowed and whether we need a separate app password?
